Welcome to Everything! This Privacy Policy explains how Everything Creative, Inc. ("Everything," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using Everything, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, skills, education, social media links
- Identity Verification: Government-issued ID and payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
- Listing Information: Photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability for items you list
- Communications: Messages sent through the Platform, support inquiries, and feedback
- Transaction Data: Rental history, payment information, and transaction details
Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: Your approximate location to show nearby listings and help coordinate pickups (collected only when you grant permission)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Platform, features used, pages viewed, and time spent
- Camera & Photos: When you create listings or update your profile, we access your camera and photo library (with your permission)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Facilitate rentals between owners and renters
- Process payments and payouts through Stripe
- Send notifications about bookings, messages, and account activity
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

- Send marketing communications (you can opt out anytime)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:
Firebase (Google)

Stripe

Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In
If you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from these services.
Mixpanel

4. Information Sharing
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: Your profile information, listings, and messages are visible to other users to facilitate transactions
- With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties (Firebase, Stripe, Mixpanel) who help us operate the Platform
- For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud
- Business Transfers: If Everything is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new entity
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Secure data transmission using HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Secure authentication through Firebase Auth
- Payment information handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Regular security audits and monitoring
However, no system is 100% secure. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Account Management
- Access & Update: You can view and update your profile information in the app
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account anytime through the Help Center in the app. This will anonymize your data and remove your listings
Permissions
- Location: You can disable location access in your device settings
- Camera & Photos: You can revoke camera and photo library access in your device settings
- Notifications: You can disable push notifications in your device settings or in the app
Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contacting support.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:
- Your profile is anonymized (changed to "Deleted User")
- Your listings are removed
- Your Firebase authentication is deleted
- Transaction history is retained for legal and accounting purposes
8. Children's Privacy
Everything is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.
9. International Users
Everything is operated in the United States. If you're accessing the Platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Everything, you consent to this transfer.
10. California Privacy Rights
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to know what personal information is collected
- Right to delete personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell your information)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
